About "You're the Expert"

Transformational coaching is different from traditional forms - it invokes the sacred, the invisible realms, and your future self to lead your coaching journey.  You may have noticed the term "transformational" coaching has become a buzz word.  I have studied with the originator of this approach, Dr. Claire Zammit.  I actually came to coaching quite naturally as someone who has been helping become vegan since I was a young girl.  I have studied for ten years with the leader in transformational coaching, Dr. Claire Zammit.  I've also studied Law of Attraction coaching with Christy Whitman, The Rules™ with Ellen Fein and Sherrie Schneider, trained in teaching manifestation with Bob Proctor's Thinking into Results consultant program, and have devoted my entire life to my own personal study of how to create permanent change (transformation) in oneself and society. 

I combine all of these with my own experience to help you get more of what you want.  I may "know" a lot.  But, only you know you.

As someone dedicated to being my best, I hired my first coach at age 20, in 2004.  Since then, I've worked with some of the best coaches, mentors, and advisors to become my best me.  

In my many years as a client, I have noticed that those coaches who let the client's wisdom lead are those are most effective.  You are the expert on you, and the best coaches draw it out.  We don't tell you what to do.  Only you know what to do.  We can help create a sacred container to support you in gracefully, easily, and powerfully becoming all you came here to be.
